How to use AHJ Radar safely
- It is information, not advice. Not legal, engineering, code-consulting or inspection advice, and it does not certify compliance.
- It can be incomplete or wrong. It does not list every rule, local amendment, insurer requirement or deadline for your building. Recurring dates follow the last inspection dates your team enters.
- You confirm before you rely on it. Check every requirement and date with your authority having jurisdiction (state, county and city) and your own licensed professionals.
- You stay responsible. Your building’s compliance, and the work done on it, remain yours.
Set up your account
You are signed in. Choose a password for next time and tell us who keeps the record; then add your first building.
Next you will set up an authenticator app — it is required for every account.
Set up your authenticator
Every AHJ Radar account uses a second sign-in step. It takes a minute and protects your building records. You will need it each time you sign in.
Properties
Approaching
Regulatory dates in the next 90 days across your properties: deadlines set by a rule, and requirement cycles from a last inspection date your team entered. Radar never invents a date.
New campus
A campus is a group of buildings that share one jurisdiction: one fire marshal, one building department, one set of state codes. Enter it once here, then add its buildings; each building keeps its own profile and requirements.
Identify your property
The address resolves the jurisdiction: state, county and city, and from them the authorities that govern the building. Year built, stories, sector and the coastline narrow which requirements may apply. You confirm everything in step 3 before monitoring starts.
What the radar is tracking
Every jurisdiction AHJ Radar covers. Open a property for what reaches its address.
On the radar
What the daily sweep is tracking right now, across every jurisdiction we cover. Open a property for the changes that reach its address and what they mean for it.

Your data
Everything the account holds, yours to take or remove at any time. Export is a JSON file with every building, record and preference. Delete removes all of it at once; cancel the subscription on the billing page first so nothing renews.
Account activity
Changes to your properties, profiles and settings, newest first. Every entry is attributed to the signed-in person.
